| Herb & Spice – a special Missouri cream cheese is blended with other white cheeses and a proprietary mix of fresh herbs and spices, resulting in a wonderful flavor that has made this our top seller. It goes well with a Seyval, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, or a Costes Du Rhone.
Cheddar & Jalapeno – we start with real cheddar, and then add other special cheeses, fresh jalapeno peppers and additional natural ingredients the result of which has been quite popular here in the Midwest. Many people enjoy this blend with their favorite Ale, Pilsner or Lager. Try it with a hearty Norton/Cynthiana, or Red Zinfandel.
Cheddar & Bleu – again, we start with real cheddar then blend in several soft cheeses and finally an imported Danish Bleu. The resulting hearty flavor pairs well with a fine Port or a Riesling.
Mild Cheddar – this distinctive spread is not at all bland like other “mild” cheddars, and our “private recipe” brings out just a hint of sharpness. Try it with a Vidal Blanc, Seyval, Chardonel, Chardonnay, or White Burgundy.
Creamy Bleu – a wonderful blend of three white cheeses and an imported Bleu has made this spread one of the most asked for flavors. Serve it with a Port, a Riesling or even a Chambourcin.
Toffee Peanut Butter – extra fancy peanuts are carefully coated with real butter toffee, then ground to create an extra-special peanut butter that you won’t find anyplace else.
